Let's chat
Inquire down below with your prefered method of contact in order to set up a time to discuss your household/guests dietary needs and preferences. This will allow a profile to be created for your household or event.
Menus
Based on the profile created, a personalized menu will be presented. You decide what you'd like and it will be edited to create the perfect plan for you.
Shopping & Prepping
Once the Menu is perfectly personalized for your household/event, the grocery shopping will take place at your preferred store or market. For meal prep, it will be prepped, cooked and packaged with heating instructions for you to reheat and enjoy with ease! Event preparation varies with each event, inquire below for more information.
Meet the chef
Hello! I'm Chef Ashley,
I was raised on Florida's gulf coast where I worked in a broad range of restaurants. From Saint Petersburg, down to Boca Grande and across to Miami. I learned so many different styles of cooking, cuisines and techniques over the years. With the most influential cook in my life, of course being my Grandmother! I started cooking with her at such a young age, it taught me to love being in the kitchen. I learned that food brings people together and it became my passion and drive over the years.
In 2018 I moved to Chicago for 4 years. This is when I discovered my love for the creativity that being a Personal Chef allowed. With the ability to curate personalized menus for clients, their special events and their families. It keeps things fun and fresh! I love being able to help ease your day by delivering my food to your table. I decided in the Summer of 2022 it was time to be back in Florida. I packed up my Chicago apartment and headed south. Now that I'm back on the gulf coast I'm here to serve YOU fabulous food!
